Operations for the 86th Training Division's Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-19-03 are shown from the air Aug. 1, 2019, at Tactical Training Base Patriot on North Post at Fort McCoy, Wis. Thousands of military members supported and participated in the exercise at the installation from July to August 2019. The 86th Training Division, a Fort McCoy tenant organization, holds the exercise as part of the U.S. Army Reserve commanding general’s Combat Support Training Program.
