The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Willow recovers a beached buoy February 13th, 2020, in Jersey Bay, St. Thomas. The Red Point Lighted Buoy 1 went missing two years ago during destructive Hurricanes Irma and Maria and could not be located during post-hurricane aid to navigation verification efforts in 2017 and was replaced by a new buoy in May 2018 by the Willow crew.
