U.S. Navy Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11 Detail Thailand,
work alongside Kingdom of Thailand Navy Engineers to ensure all formwork placed is level
before installing the pre-cast columns for Exercise Cobra Gold 2020 Humanitarian Civic Action
mission, Feb. 5, 2020, in Rayong province, Thailand.  This is a joint project between the Seabees
with NMCB-11’s Detail Thailand, Royal Thai Navy Engineers and Malaysian Army Engineers
to construct a three-room school house to increase participating nations capabilities to effectively
plan and execute multinational missions. Cobra Gold 20 maintains a consistent focus on
humanitarian civic action, community engagement and medical activities conducted during the
exercise to support the needs and humanitarian interests of civilian populations around the
