U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Nickolas Neafus, a Military Working Dog (MWD) handler assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, takes Edy, his MWD, back to his kennel at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Jan. 30, 2020. MWDs are put in kennels when they are not training, tasked out on jobs, or just out to build rapport with their handlers.
