Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, presents a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal to Lance Cpl. Christian Patton, Marine with II Marine Expeditionary Force, at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 28, 2020.
