200228-N-KV163-1074 CHICAGO (February 28, 2020) Deputy commander for Navy Recruiting Command, Rear Admiral Robert Nowakowski and members of the NRD staff speak with University of Illinois - Chicago College of Engineering Dean, Dr. Peter Nelson about the Navy’s engineering program. The meeting and Nowakowski’s presence are part of NRD’s “Swarm” Chicago evolution. Navy Recruiting Command consists of a command headquarters, two Navy Recruiting Regions, 15 Navy Recruiting Districts and 11 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 815 recruiting stations across the world.
