200229-N-VP266-1173 ARABIAN SEA (Feb. 29, 2020) Ensign Miguel Sanchez, assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), observes as Sailors and Marines assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) chock and chain a UH-1Y Huey helicopter, attached to the Blue Knights of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365 (Reinforced), to the flight deck of the ship during flight deck operations, Feb. 29, 2020. Oak Hill, with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and with embarked 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is deployed to the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
