The crew aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755), conducts a towing drill with the Coast Guard Cutter Terrell Horne (WPC 1131) off the coast of Southern California during the underway portion of Munro’s Tailored Ship’s Training Availability (TSTA), Feb. 19, 2020.
