SAN ANTONIO – (Feb. 18, 2020) Seaman Apprentice Victoria Oluwakotanmi, a Navy reservist assigned to Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) San Antonio, performed a song of appreciation to the membership of Fred Brock American Legion Post 828. Oluwakotanmi was crowned Miss Black San Antonio during the 2020 Miss Black San Antonio Scholarship Pageant held at the Carver Cultural Community Center, Feb. 1. As the winner, she will make presentations around the city and will receive opportunities for monies for scholarship assistance and one year of free beauty hair care services.
