Jeffrey Wickre, a carpentry and masonry specialist, both with the Washington National Guard 176th Engineer Company, based out of Snohomish, Wash., finish installation of windows at the construction site of the Bankrang School during exercise Cobra Gold 2020 in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand, March 2, 2020. Humanitarian civic action programs, conducted during Cobra Gold 20, demonstrate a mutual commitment to support security and humanitarian interests of friends and partner nations.
