200225-N-UA321-1003 CHESAPEAKE, Va. (Feb. 25, 2020) LCDR Luz Davis (center), Officer-in-Charge at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads-Northwest Annex, cuts the ribbon on the new Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Family Fitness Room on Feb. 25 as Jody Powers (left), Athletic Director, and Kim Wood (right), Fitness Program Director, look on. The new room will allow mothers and fathers the opportunity to exercise on the multiple fitness equipment and still be able to watch their children in the same space. The area has two treadmills, two cross-trainers, one upright bike, two benches to go along with dumbbells up to 25 pounds, and resistance bands and tubes. The children's play area is nearby where the parents can still keep an eye on their child. (U.S. Navy photo by Katisha Draughn-Fraguada/Released)
