U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Stuart Werner, commanding general, 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), speaks to more than 130 senior leaders and staff from brigades, battalions and companies during this year’s Senior Leader Workshop, on why is important for command teams to identify available resources, leverage those resources, and subsequently gain efficiencies and effectiveness in pursuing improved readiness. The 364th ESC provides trained, equipped, and ready leaders, Soldiers and cohesive units to meet global requirements across the full range of operations, supports Soldiers, civilian employees and Families, ensures stewardship of resources, engages our communities with local events, employer partnerships, and support to civil authorities. The 364th ESC is the smallest expeditionary command under the 79th Theater Sustainment Command but has the greatest footprint span, with approximately 5,000 U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers in more than 40 units in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.
