Timothy Minter, 3rd Army attorney, installs her car seat after receiving instructed during a free car seat installation event at the Fellowship Chapel at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., June 23, 2012. Safe Kids volunteers, who consisted of registered nurses and safety specialists, taught parent on a one-on-one basis. They answered any questions about care seats, safety and installation. Car seat installation events are held once every quarter and are sponsored by Tuomey Foundation.
