life is like during the Sumter County Sheriff's Office Annual Youth
Conference held at Crestwood High School in Sumter, S.C., June 23. The
conferences are aimed at building character and leadership skills among boys and girls ages 10 to 18. Topics of discussion include gang violence,
sexually transmitted diseases, teenage pregnancy, domestic violence,
budgeting and finances, making positive career choices, and we promote education and a deep desire to attend institutions of higher learning.
