Pyro, a Federal Emergency Management Agency search and rescue K9, took part in a simulated helicopter crash training event in which he was tasked with finding and assisting hypothetical casualties during exercise Arctic Eagle 2020 on Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Feb. 24, 2020. Pyro is 5 years old and has been a part of the FEMA K9 unit for almost four years with his handler, Patrick Cullen.
