A U.S. Marine with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Africa 20.1, Marine Forces Europe and Africa and members of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces (FAR) discuss tactics, techniques and procedures during a live demolition range, March 9, 2020, in El Hajeb, Morocco. The live range was part of the 2020 Humanitarian Mine Action program where U.S. explosive ordnance disposal technicians are conducting level one EOD validation for the FAR in accordance with international mine action standards.
