200312-N-WI365-1386 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Mar. 12, 2020) – Operations Specialist 2nd Class Michael Cecil, from Gulfport, Miss., signals ‘Establish Communications’ from the foc’s’le aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85) to the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7) during a replenishment-at-sea. McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
