This is the tallest sand dune in North America, raising 470 feet above the surrounding desert, located in Bruneau Dunes State Park, Idaho. The peak of the dune was the finish line for a group of U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 366th Fighter Wing who, on March 13, 2020, completed a 26 mile ruck march in respect of the Bataan Death March.
