A group of community animal health workers examine and treat a camel during the Veterinary Civic Action Program held May 22-28. Soldiers from Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa partnered with local leadership and U.S. Agency for International Development to help strengthen the capabilities of the CAHWs, ensure livestock health, enhance agriculture and economic stability and develop trust and confidence with this CJTF-HOA partner nation.
