A Marine with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit kneels before a pair of boots and a rifle here, June 28, during a memorial ceremony honoring Petty Officer 3rd Class Kyler L. Estrada, who died in a Djibouti training accident, Feb. 14. Estrada, who served as a corpsman with Company I, Battalion Landing Team 3/1, was 21 and a native of Maricopa, Ariz. The unit returned to Camp Pendleton, June 21, after a seven-month deployment to the Western Pacific, Horn of Africa and Middle East regions.
