U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. James Young, a California Air National Guard 146th Airlift Wing heavy equipment operator, assisted by two other airmen of the 146th AW, put together a hydraulic patient lift for the COVID-19 quarantine area in the Los Angeles Convention Center on March 29, 2020.
