U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Joseph Garaux is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal during a change of command ceremony at Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 27, 2020. Lt. Col. Garaux was relieved as the Combat Logistics Battalion 24 commanding officer, while current battalion commander Lt. Col. Patrick Williams assumed command of the unit.
