The Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst community honors and remembers Military Working Dog Pito/L590, 87th Security Forces Squadron, during the Memorial Service May 29 here. While assigned to here, Pito provided safety and security of more than $8.1 billion in JB MDL resources and protection to more than 44 thousand personnel. Pito also participated in numerous United States Secret Service missions across the U.S. for both the president and the vice president of the U.S.
