SAN DIEGO (Apr. 1, 2020) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Mikael Lang and Ashley Wallace assigned to Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Kearny Mesa staff a preliminary, COVID-19 screening area for all personnel entering the clinic or picking up a prescription, Apr. 1. NBHC Kearny Mesa is one of the NMCSD clinic that provide care to service members, retirees, and beneficiaries. NMCSD's mission is to prepare service members to deploy in support of operational forces, deliver high-quality healthcare services, and shape the future of military medicine through education training, and research. NMCSD employs more than 6,000 active duty military personnel, civilians and contractors in Southern California to provide patients with world-class care anytime, anywhere.
