AMBLER, Pa. – Soldiers and Airmen from the Pennsylvania National Guard’s 3rd Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Task Force, part of the Homeland Response Force for Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 3, receive a police escort after they completed the hand-off of the COVID-19 testing site mission in Montgomery County on April 5, 2020.
