Staff Sgt. John D. Chenoweth, a tactical systems operator with Black Sea Rotational Force 12 watches his 11 year old son, John Chenoweth Jr., graduate the 5th grade June 18. Chenoweth was able to watch the ceremony live from Winsor, N.Y., via Skype while on a six-month deployment to the Black Sea and Caucuses region. The Black Sea Rotational Force 12 is a Special-Purpose MAGTF with crisis response capabilities deployed to the region to enhance interoperability and promote regional stability.
