Army Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General of New York, meets New York Air National Guard Airmen assisting the Department of Health's Wadsworth Laboratory, in assembling COVID-19 test kits for distribution across the state at the Sage Colleges building which was formeraly the New Scotland Avenue Armory in Albany, N.Y. on April 9, 2020. The 30 Soldiers and Airmen on the mission, part of a contingent of 3,400 New York National Guard Soldiers and Airmen mobilized by Gov. Andrew M.
