DEDEDO, Guam (April 11, 2020) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Tyler Dowling, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, directs a truck of gravel to dump itʼs contents where the Seabees are grading and leveling land for a future Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) onboard Naval Base Guam. The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.(U.S. Navy photo by Chief Mass Communication Specialist Matthew R.
