A 2400lb Danforth style anchor rest on the shallow ocean floor, anchoring the Causeway pier in place during Joint Logistics-Over-the-Shore exercise Native Fury 20 in the United Arab Emirates, March 09, 2020. The common practice is to utilize Warping-Tug boats to set the anchors, however the shallow nature of the shoreline called for Bulldozers. Native Fury 20 is a joint exercise involving live fire and maneuver training with urban environment training facilities, skill development and exchange with the armed forces of the United Arab Emirates, ship-to-shore offloads of personnel, equipment and humanitarian resources.
