DEDEDO, Guam (April 14, 2020) U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Cole Bailey ground guides an MKR18 Cargo Logistic Vehicle System Replacement (LVSR) during an operation to stage International Organization for Standardization containers with materials for construction of an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF), April 14, 2020. The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of the Department of Defense’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
