EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – Soldiers from the Pennsylvania National Guard help unload a Pennsylvania Department of Health trailer to set up an alternate care site at East Stroudsburg University's Koehler Fieldhouse on April 14, 2020. Personnel from the PA National Guard, the Department of Health and Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency came together to establish the site with support from East Stroudsburg University to assist local hospitals with an overflow location if a need arises.
