U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers with the South Carolina National Guard medical command, under Joint Task Force 59, construct a Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter (DRASH) at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina, April 15, 2020, to train on setting up their equipment in the event the state has a need for the shelters in support of COVID-19 response efforts. The South Carolina National Guard remains ready to support the counties, local and state agencies, and first responders with requested resources for as long as needed in support of COVID-19 response efforts in the state.
