    Rear Adm. Scott Robertson, commander of Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), presents certificates to Lt. Cmdr. Anthony Grusich for being selected as the Honor Graduate (for having the highest grade in the class) and recipient of the Arleigh Burke award (for displaying the foremost presentation prowess throughout instruction), during his Anti-Submarine Warfare/Surface Warfare (ASW/SUW) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) course of instruction.
