MEDITERRANEAN SEA (April 23, 2020) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers USS Porter (DDG 78) and USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) transit the Mediterranean Sea in formation, April 23. The ships and aircraft are forward deployed to U.S. 6th Fleet. VP-4 is assigned to Commander, Task Force 67, responsible for tactical control of deployed maritime patrol and reconnaissance squadrons throughout Europe and Africa.
