Chris Worley, 25th Fighter Squadron A-10C Thunderbolt II pilot, dons a ‘Pil Sung’ helmet prior to takeoff April 22, 2020, at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. ‘Pil Sung,’ Korean for certain victory, is the 25th FS’s ode to their legacy that dates to World War II and the Korean War. Amid the COVID-19 global pandemic, the 25th FS follows the United States Forces-Korea’s health protection control measures to preserve their mission capabilities while maintaining a high state of readiness to protect the ROK.
