200424-N-WR252-1061 DEDEDO, Guam (April 24, 2020) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Laramie Billups, from Whidbey Island, Washington, guides Equipment Operator Constructionman Denny Domshot, from Spring Arbor, Michigan, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, while unloading a container of acute care medical equipment for the Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) onboard Naval Base Guam. The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
