    USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19)

200427-N-FA444-0036 SAGAMI BAY (April. 27, 2020) - Chief Hull Maintenance Technician Joshua L. Borel, from Tyler, Texas, operates as a bite man in a hose attack team during a damage control training evolution aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship, USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Damage control training team drills are conducted in order to ensure every Sailor is prepared for an actual casualty. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
