200430-N-SS432-1057 NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 30, 2020) Sailors assigned to USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), who have tested negative twice for COVID-19 and are asymptomatic, arrive pierside and prepare to return to the ship following completion of their off-ship quarantine. Sailors assigned to Theodore Roosevelt were moved to local hotels in an effort to implement an aggressive mitigation strategy to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of the Sailors.
