AUSTIN, Texas (April 29, 2020) - FEMA is assisting with coordination of delivery and set-up of Battelle machines. HHS is the funding agency. 8 machines are scheduled for delivery. Battelle deployment engineer Chris M., left, supervises the delivery and installation of Battelle Critical Care Decontamination Systems with the help of City of Austin Watershed Protection Department field staff at the Travis County Exposition Center in Austin, TX, Wednesday, April 29, 2020. The Battelle systems will be used to decontaminate previously worn N-95 respirator masks.
