SAN DIEGO (April 30, 2020) - Incoming commanding officer of the guided missile destroyer Cmdr. Derek A. Rader is pinned with the Command At Sea insignia by Capt. Joel Stewart, the deputy chief of staff for Operations, Plans, and Training for Expeditionary Strike Group Three.
