Joint Task Force Rattlesnake is made up of Soldiers and Airmen from the California National Guard. There are five 20-person teams stationed across California, whose mission is to work alongside CAL FIRE to remove potential "fuels" such as dry vegetation and dead trees from areas susceptible to wildfires.
