Jamie Stall-Ryan and Master-at-Arms 1st Class Daniel Wright organize hot meals at the base’s Cross Hall Galley before beginning deliveries to Sailors in Restriction of Movement (ROM) status at the base. Sailors who have traveled recently or just reported to SUBASE New London are placed in ROM status for 14 days to mitigate the spread of illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.
