Members of U.S. Navy Riverine Squadron (RIVRON) 3 and Philippine navy seal team 7 use hand signals to communicate with other team members aboard a Philippine navy patrol boat light (PBL) during a patrolling and formation training event. The event is part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Philippines 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
