Recruits recieve instructions from recruit division commanders inside their compartment after arriving at Recruit Training Command (RTC) following a 14-day Restriction of Movement (ROM) period at an off-site facility. RTC is conducting ROM with recruits before they begin their in-processing to reduce the risk of COVID-19.; More than 35; 000 recruits train annually at the Navy's only boot camp.
