A U.S. Air Force Capt., MC-130J Commando II pilot assigned to the 67th Special Operations Squadron, 352d Special Operations Wing based out of RAF Mildenhall, U.K., conducts a ground scan prior to an aircraft landing April 23, 2020, at NSA Souda Bay, Greece. Members from 352 SOW conducted low-level flights out of the MC-130J in order to maintain flight proficiency and fulfill training requirements. This training mission enhances readiness and maintains proficiencies in support of multiple NATO Allies and partners in the Black Sea and Balkans region to keep NATO strong during the global COVID-19 crisis. These training missions are made possible by our strong partnership with our NATO Ally Greece at NSA Souda Bay. Due to COVID-19, joint US-Greece training was postponed; however, it will resume as soon as it is safe to do so. Air Commandos always maintain a ready and capable force, postured to execute global response operations whenever they are called. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Elizabeth Pena)
