Defense Department Support to FEMA COVID-19

Capt. Ethan Frazee, commander of the 54th Quartermaster Company, 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, poses with therapy dogs on April 12th, 2020 during his unit's mortuary affairs mission in support of the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The dogs have been an integral means of combat stress relief for the Soldiers during their difficult mission of processing human remains. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the whole-of-nation COVID-19 Response.
