Depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts can narrow a person’s vision of options available to deal with their struggles. However, there are options that are in plain sight, such as a support system of family and friends, faith, or someone to talk to. The Air Force Reserve provides training and a variety of services such as mental health, spiritual, morale and welfare, which are available to members and their dependents.
