    The North Dakota National Guard’s 81st Civil Support Team conducted a change of command ceremony in Bismarck, N.D., July 9, 2012. Incoming commander Lt. Col. Mark Quire (left) passes the unit’s guidon to the 81st CST’s senior enlisted soldier, 1st Sgt. Robert Scharnowske. This action formally acknowledges the acceptance of the duties and responsibilities of command by Quire.
