Blake, of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) poses for the Sailor of the Quarter Portrait. "Due to the nature of what we are accomplishing in Poland with limited resources on site and lack of key personnel, we have all stepped up and got comfortable for the mission to successfully continue," said Blake. "I recently lost my father, who was my bed rock. He helped me build the foundation of who I am today."
