During a Fourth of July celebration, young men and women In the delayed entry program out of Rapid City, S.D., came together in front of Mount Rushmore and hundreds of people to participate in a mass swear in. Members of the delayed entry program will soon join the ranks of the U.S. military just as three out of the four men who's faces grace the side of Mount Rushmore did.
